I am very much irritated with the way the customer care executive spoke to me and how can a person pay $450 by unknowingly/accidentally making an International call. Why can't they send me a message saying the same before Oct 24th and not on Oct 27th. The question is How can I know that I was charged without any message from ATT. He was very rude and said, we would have applied a plan if you called us before generating the bill.

I called ATT and explained the situation and asked them to add any plan to my account that can waive that charges. On Oct 27, I got a message from ATT saying that your International long distance call charges exceed $400. Interestingly, I dint see any International charges made on that bill.
